Each home-size range has one set price per service; the booking form shows your price for your square footage. Homes 3,500 sq ft and up are billed hourly at $55 per cleaner-hour (3-hour minimum). Trash or junk haul-away isn’t included. No travel fee within 25 miles of our North Salt Lake base. From 25 to 40 miles, such as Ogden, Lehi, Orem, and Eagle Mountain, there’s a flat $50 travel fee. Farther than 40 miles? Text us.

How much does a move-out or deep clean cost?
We charge one set price for each home size (deep clean / move-out clean): Up to 1,499 sq ft, $300 / $325; 1,500–1,999 sq ft, $450 / $490; 2,000–2,499 sq ft, $600 / $650; 2,500–2,999 sq ft, $750 / $815; 3,000–3,499 sq ft, $900 / $975. Homes 3,500 sq ft and up are billed hourly at $55 per cleaner-hour (3-hour minimum). A travel fee may apply for farther areas.
How much does recurring cleaning cost?
Biweekly visits have one set price for each home size: $120 (Up to 1,499 sq ft), $180 (1,500–1,999 sq ft), $240 (2,000–2,499 sq ft), $300 (2,500–2,999 sq ft), $360 (3,000–3,499 sq ft). Homes 3,500 sq ft and up are billed hourly. The booking form shows your price for your square footage.
Do I have to sign a contract for recurring cleaning?
No long-term contract; you can cancel anytime. Recurring cleaning is weekly, every two weeks, or monthly.
Do you clean by the hour?
Yes. Hourly cleaning is $55 per cleaner-hour, 3-hour minimum, good for light housekeeping and smaller jobs. Ask us if hourly or a set price makes more sense for your home.

How do deposits and cancellations work?
One-time cleans (deep or move-out) for homes up to 1,499 sq ft: a flat $50 deposit holds your date. Homes 1,500–3,499 sq ft: a 25% deposit, rounded to the nearest $5 (deep / move-out: $115 / $125, $150 / $165, $190 / $205, $225 / $245). Hourly cleans, including homes 3,500 sq ft and up (billed hourly): a flat $50 deposit. Your deposit comes off your final bill. Plans change, and that’s okay: cancel 3 or more days ahead and we’ll refund your deposit in full. Inside 3 days the deposit isn’t refundable, but you can move your date once. Recurring clients (weekly, biweekly or monthly) pay no deposit. We just keep a card on file.
